Evan is experienced in real estate deals from single family acquisitions to large multifamily land deals throughout Florida and Kentucky. The reason for creating DGI is to leverage those experiences to find opportunistic investments in various industries. We work with high net worth individuals and family offices to deploy capital in these investments with superior returns.
